It is time for the 2010 Winter Olympics! While we’re sitting in front of the TV converting the snack calories into fat (no doubt), those highly conditioned, highly trained, highly motivated athletes are depending upon their bodies to burn every calorie available.

There are currently 3 sites that are being developed as companion sites to Fit Fat Loss Event.
They are Health Fat Loss, Low Carb Fat Loss, and Weight Training Loss. No need to visit them yet since little is there currently. However, as each one becomes ‘live’, I will let you know.
This weight loss idea of mine was interrupted
The Fit Fat Loss Event is moving as slowing as I am right now, although I have managed to lose 3 lbs this week. The event of the month for me was in response to a business opportunity that resulted in me putting up a new, unrelated web site, the IM guru Launch Pad. One very unique thing is that I have the only prerelease interview for the Whitehat Copycat! They have hinted that it will be the only interview, but time will tell on that. I won’t give you the details because it is not about healthy weight loss, fit fat loss, or this event site. You can click on the link to see my latest site and listen to the interview.
I’ve modified my diet for the more stressful period that I’m going through and it seems to have worked. The stress is nothing more than the work-related deadlines… we’ve all been through it. This one was unexpected in that it materialized fast. As an internet marketer, you have to respond. But I’m at a point now that I can slow down and resume the lifestyle that matches that of a Fit Fat Loss Event!

the Fit Fat Loss Event
I’m told I am anything but average in the things I do, so in approaching my personal
out-of-condition and excess-weight
problems I decided to start a blog.
A Fit Fat Loss one. Where you’re at right now is not it.
You are at the Fit Fat Loss Event.
So what’s the difference?
This one is a simple EVENT, the other one is a contributor’s blog on fat burning, healthy weight loss, vitatmins and minerals, and staying fit while you lose that fat.
They are both mine. But the Event is here, on this site, with the link just a bit down the page.
I may have called it simple, but it could be a life changing event. Yet, all it is, is a poll.
With a twist.
Now I admit, the other one came first – Fit Fat Loss was created, in part, to serve for me as my own incentive-maker to personally lose weight and get fit. (That way I have to practice what I preach.)
It has worked too. I’m doing better with exercise and I’ve shed 10 pounds, and on December 31, 2009 resolved to lose 20 more pounds. I’m also going to improve upon my fitness level.
But now, I have this idea that I can gather enough people who, when combined, will account for 100,000 pounds of fat loss in 2010.

So why am I doing this? Well, in my blog posts at FitFatLoss I kept mentioning a “fit fat loss event”, so to put an end to simply referencing it, I thought… make one! What came to mind was a poll,
where the answers are a pledge of the pounds to lose.
Decision made. Good timing too… it’s a new year. Plenty of resolutions floating around, so snag a few.
It’s a simple beginning. Maybe it’ll evolve and mushroom later… maybe it’ll go viral…
It’s important to get started and have others join in later. What will it take 5,000 people? Maybe 10,000 or more?
